Random Patrol Services

State Security has patrol officers who are reliable and professional. Importantly they are able to think on their feet and deal with anything that may arise during the course of their shift. Our Patrol Officers are active 24 hours a day and are able to service our clients as required, no short cuts. We choose to use Daelibs Data wands to ensure our clients receive all their contracted calls, and that all areas on our client’s premises are thoroughly checked.

Alarm Response Services

State Security has access to 12 Alarm Response vehicles, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week within the metropolitan area of Adelaide . We also have strategic partners available to offer remote and regional centre responses. Alarms are responded to promptly. Although alarm responses are primarily the role of Patrol Officers and Alarm Response Vehicles, State Security will use any available employee, so as to attend an alarm in the quickest possible time. Every alarm attended is approached with the utmost of care. The client’s premises are thoroughly checked, and any appropriate action is taken.

Staff Escort Services

State Security’s Patrol Service is also able to provide staff escorts. Our patrol personnel can make a special call to a client’s premises at any time for employees who are working later than usual. Always on time, our Patrol Personnel will not leave until all staff members are safely on their way.

Cash Collection Services

State Security can pick up cash to be transferred to another site at any time of the day. All cash collections are performed with the utmost discretion and any Security Officers utilised for this service will be armed. State Security’s Officers are able to undertake cash collections either solo, or as an escort for an employee of the client.
